If you're coming from out of town for your procedure, we'll meet you at your hotel and have the room ready before you get there. Transportation is free within 5 miles of pickup. One flat rate, all hours — no evening, overnight, weekend or holiday surcharges.

Every patient is assigned a primary and a named backup caregiver before your surgery date, both trained on your plan. If your caregiver doesn't arrive and we can't have a replacement to you within 4 hours, that shift is free.

Questions patients ask us
Are you nurses?
No — and we don't pretend to be. We're a licensed non-medical agency staffed by Certified Nursing Assistants. Drain management, output logging, and compression garment care are delegated, trained, and supervised by our Registered Nurse. Your medical care stays with your surgeon.
Will you come to my hotel?
Yes. We serve patients recovering at home or in a hotel, including patients traveling in for their procedure. We'll prepare the room before you arrive.
Do you charge extra for nights, weekends, or holidays?
Never. One flat rate, all hours.
How quickly can you start?
Care can begin within 24 hours of your call. For a scheduled procedure we prefer at least a week's notice so we can complete your pre-operative readiness call and assign your caregivers.
What if my caregiver doesn't show up?
Every case has a named backup assigned before your surgery date. If we can't have a replacement to you within four hours, that shift is free.
Is this discreet?
Completely. Your caregiver does her job and goes home. Your procedure is nobody's business but yours.
